I'm fearful. I don`t know an infection?

the other night, my boyfriend and i have sex and the next afternoon, i was a bit sore. i wasn't worried roughly this. he told me that when he got home the lead of his penis was a bit red and inflamed. next the next morning, he woke up and it be burning. said it was impressively irritated. i woke up this morning and the lips of my vagina are pretty swollen and a bit irritated looking and even a bit dry. it's nice of an uncomfortable fear, but nothing impossible. he said that when he woke up this morning, it had gotten worse and his penis is more red and swollen. and in attendance was even a discoloration contained by his urine.
this has never happen to either of us back. i have never be tested for STDs and have be having sex near him for a few months now. prior to him, i hadn't have sex in over a year and experienced no abnormal symptoms such as these. anyone have any theory what this may be??I'm fearful. I don`t know an infection?
