About two weeks before my time I get really bloated. It's so discomfited for me. Is there anything I can do to do away with this symptom from my many post time symptoms?I'm bloated!?
Watch your salt intake. I would also suggest, exercising. Even walking a mile or two 3 or 4 days a week. If the problem is so severe, consult your gynecologist. Alot of times tho, shifting your eating traditions and decreasing the salt intake and uping the exercising voice the walking 3 or 4 days a week could give you nouns. Never take a hose retention pill without consulting your physician or gynecologist first. You could do more impair then dutiful.
The best thing I could read out is take Midol. Works for me.
Eat right, drink plenty of hose down. Keep fit. and Midol.
That is just a section our menstral cycle. It is very everyday to get bloated or even experience nausea two weeks prior the menstration. Like the personality said above, take midol or pamprine. But usually, with the sole purpose time can relieve this minor inconvience. Just part of individual a woman----blame Eve!
