Go by the first year of you last length as day one of your cycle. Most women ovulate around the 14th day of their cycle. So start trying around hours of daylight 11 through day 16. Depending on if you want a boy or girl you could even try to draw from that science down as well. Let me know if you want a clear in your mind sex, I can probably help beside that. Use an Ovulindex thermometer. Take your temp. every morning before you stand up. Chart it. You'll see when the temp. go up (I think). That means you're ovulating, so hold sex then. When it drops, you'll hold a period. If it doesn't drop, you're pregnant!
Do it every daytime.
Get a thermometer to tell you when you ovulate. I can't remember the moniker of it right now. Go to your pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for ovulation info.
