Doctors have see and heard like mad worse things than itchy labia. If you don't want to go that route, try Vagisil for the itching, and I don`t know underwear that fits snuggly up against you could help. Good luck!
Sounds close to you have a yeast infection (you don't hold to have the tacky discharge to have one) You can return with cream to treat yeast infections at the pharmacy.
