im 5"4 and im 130 lbs , I was at my biggest 182 lbs when pregnant beside my 10 yr old, have a sneaking suspicion that of your health , as my Doc told me few yrs ago when I be 162lbs .. you can stroke out..
think of your condition .
Drink water, stay away from red meat, work out ..
Right presently im ok with my counterweight the Army ( standards) says I can weigh no more than 145lbs so im safe and sound!

well, you're overweight somewhat honey. im sorry to tell you that.my mom is that and shes 160. so yea you are sweetiepie. but dont verbs there are be to fix that. just speak to your doctor about it k.

Yes. At 5'5 you should have a target freight for about 165-175. Ask your doctors if you can do something almost this. Being obese can cause heart and liver problems.
Can you "pinch an inch" of flabby over your abdomen? If so, it would be in good health to try to lose some pounds. That way, you'll hold fewer problems beside diabetes and high blood pressure when you bring older.

Obesity is determined by Body Mass Index (BMI). There are calulators online that you can find to calculate yours. Anything over 30 is considered obese.
Obesity may not be a concern of looks for you, since you don't grain like you look obese. However, at hand are serious health risks involved near obesity. Talk next to your doctor, and decide if a hearty weightloss plan would be right for you.

If you're ok next to being a stagnant fat hog, that's fine.
But your doctor is right, you are obese. Ideal counterweight for a person at 5'5" is in the order of 130.
