I'm getting hotter, more irritable, and I can't wait for these cycles to failure. There is something you can take to hold fewer period, but, will it ruin your natural transfer of life?I'm 43yrs , am I pre menopausal nonetheless.?
There is a birth control available that make you have in the region of 4 periods a year but i wouldn't recommend it because it newly seems too unnatural. I dunno if you're pre-menopausal (you could be) but you should homily to your doctor and maybe he/she could prescribe you something (like hormones or something else) to give a hand you feel more comfortable.
yep you are at hand... taking soy (capsules) and red clover (capsules) tends to give a hand. Also your doctor can do a hormone check to see how close you are.

Every woman who have not gone through menopause is pre-menopausal. I think the residence you're looking for it is peri-menopausal. You can take those pills (I dream up they're called something resembling Seasonale) that cause 4 period a year. It will not "ruin" your natural revise of life, but resembling any birth control pill, it will make it difficult to know when you are going through it. I asked my gyn if I be close to going through it (I am 42) and she said it was too impulsive, but I am not having hot flashes.
