You don't say aloud how tall you are but at 20 you're probable not to gain much height smoothly. Surgery is expensive and risky and unless you are extremely short, just live next to it. I am 54 years old and own been stuck at 4'11" (well, plus a partially now and again) and it doesn't bother me. I miracle at really tall relations and at really short people (like my mother who is give or take a few 4'9" at best) and her mother was shorter and her grandmother be about 4'6" so I come from a long strip of short people! Grow your mind and run advantage of your increase! Oh Calcutta!.. have to look that one up. Unless you suffer from extreme dwarfism it's rarely a apt idea to own surgery like that. It's expensive and not that copious places do it either.
