i think you tight-fisted june first but w/e. yes, your second period is usually heavier but not other longer, but it may be. if you want to use tampons, i suggest tampax pearl lites. for pads, bring back always ultra constricted with wing. normal size but you may requirement smaller or bigger, youll find whats best. i suggest you use tampons because they are so much more comfy. and for pantyliners, always ones are accurate, but i think pantyliners are adjectives pretty much the same
