My first assumption would be no because your uterus is still within the process of closing. Your uterus is a sterile environment and you wouldn't want anything (like water) to carry any germs up there. Bacteria =infection, and that's not a polite time.
I might hold off until you find an all-clear from your doc.

I dont know I would ask the doc I really focus u have to hang around 6 weeks before using a tampon again
Yes. You NEED to wear a tampon. Since the bleeding is standard lamp, wear a low or medium permeable tampon.
