If i step alot,will i start to interest freight loss?

this summer i want to lose a little bit, and to discern healthy. Will walking/running everyday be alright? as long as I guzzle healthier after I do. I mean, I just weigh 115, but i work at KFC TACO bell and its heard to guzzle healthy while working.If i step alot,will i start to interest freight loss?
Walking and running every daytime will defenitely show some results. Just as long as you are consistent you should see some weight loss.
Yes. And you might try chewing gum if it is allowed.
I've hear that if you walk for 30 minutes a year then you will start seeing some change after a couple of weeks.
